The agency's National Center for Education Statistics shows the private not-for-profit institution in Tougaloo conferred 39 bachelor's degrees in social sciences programs.
But the single most popular program was for a bachelor's degree in sociology. Data shows the school gave out 26 bachelor's degrees in sociology, followed by 19 bachelor's degrees in general biology/biological sciences and 12 bachelor's degrees in "other" health and physical education/fitness.
The college enrolled 736 students for 2017-18, including 726 in undergraduate programs and 10 in graduate programs.
