How many people were old enough to vote in Smith County during 2021?

Of the 14,483 citizens living in Smith County in 2021, 76.5% were old enough to vote, equating to 11,083 individuals, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained on Oct. 26.

Further breakdown reveals that of the voting-eligible population, 5,321 were male, constituting 48%, and 5,762 were female, making up 52%.

The percentage of citizens old enough to vote in Smith County during 2021 was higher than the state average, which stands at 76.2%.
