Collard green chips

You can make collard-green chips like this:

• Wash you hands with soap and water.

• Remove the ribs from the collard greens, tear or slice

• Toss the leaves in extra-virgin olive oil

• Sprinkle lightly with a choice or a combination of Cajun seasoning, pepper, chili powder, roasted red pepper flakes, and garlic powder

• Bake them at 275 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 to 30 minutes or until they are crisp.
