The Simpson Central School Beta Club held their Second Annual Heart Walk last week to benefit the American Heart Association.
Led by the motto “lets us lead by serving others,” the Beta Club raised more than $2,500 for the association to aid in its life-saving research against the #1 (heart disease) and #5 (heart disease) causes of death among men and women. Members raised $600 from the walk and over $1,900 in other fundraising efforts.
