On Saturday, March 29, former Northwest Rankin High School standouts Brady Thomas and Connor Brooks’ current college team, the Jacksonville State Gamecocks, won 6-1 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Liberty Flames.

The game took place at Rudy Abbott Field at Jim Case Stadium. This was their third matchup against the Flames this season.

The Gamecocks’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, April 1 at 6 p.m. at Wheeler–Watkins Baseball Complex against Alabama State Hornets.
