Later that day, Congressman Guest addressed concerns regarding attacks on law enforcement officers. Michael Guest was born in Woodbury, New Jersey in 1970 and currently resides in Brandon. He graduated from Mississippi State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1993 and earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Mississippi in 1995.
