Guest has represented Mississippi’s 3rd District since replacing Gregg Harper in 2019. He was born in Woodbury, New Jersey in 1970 and currently resides in Brandon. Guest earned his undergraduate degree from Mississippi State University in 1993 before receiving a law degree from the University of Mississippi two years later.
