Congressman Michael Guest, who represents Mississippi’s 3rd district in the U.S. Congress, shared updates on community health initiatives and recent sports achievements in a series of posts on February 21 and 22, 2026.
On February 21, Guest posted about his district director’s participation in a local healthcare event: “My district director, Brady Stewart, attended the Baptist Mobile Cardiovascular Unit ribbon cutting in Flowood. The mobile cardiovascular unit will travel throughout our state and provide rapid cardiac screening to help diagnose, reduce, and treat heart disease.” (February 21, 2026).
The following day, he congratulated American athletes for their Olympic success: “Congratulations to the U.S. Men’s Hockey team for defeating Canada in overtime to win the gold medal for the first time since the ‘1980 Miracle on Ice.’ The men join the U.S. Women’s Hockey team who also defeated Canada in overtime to win gold.” (February 22, 2026).
