Congressman Michael Guest, who represents Mississippi’s 3rd district in the U.S. Congress, recently highlighted local business investments and community leaders through a series of posts on his social media account.

On March 23, 2026, Guest acknowledged the work of GE Aerospace within Mississippi, noting their increased investment in the state: “Thank you to GE Aerospace for stopping by my office to discuss the work you are doing within the state of Mississippi. GE Aerospace continues to expand their investment in Mississippi with the recent announcement of an $18 million expansion of their Batesville facility.”

The following day, March 24, 2026, Guest expressed support for agricultural workers: “God bless our farmers and ranchers who feed America.”

Later that same day, he commended a local judicial official: “Chad Dixon on my staff enjoyed meeting with Chris Hinnis, the District Attorney for Covington, Jasper, Simpson, and Smith Counties. Chris, and his team do an amazing job serving the people of the 13th Judicial District.”

Guest has served as a member of Congress since replacing Gregg Harper in 2019. He was born in Woodbury, New Jersey in 1970 and currently resides in Brandon. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Mississippi State University (1993) and a Juris Doctor from the University of Mississippi (1995).
