Congressman Michael Guest, who represents Mississippi’s 3rd district in the U.S. Congress, has recently posted a series of updates on his official Twitter account highlighting his ongoing work and recent public appearances.
On July 28, 2025, Guest expressed support for border security measures alongside former President Donald Trump, stating: “I’m honored to have the opportunity to work alongside President Trump to codify his executive orders that secure our border and ensure the Biden border crisis never happens again.”
Two days later, on July 30, Guest shared details from the Neshoba County Fair. He wrote: “It was an honor for Haley and me to attend the Neshoba County Fair. I appreciate the opportunity to address the Fair and share the work Republicans have done to: secure the border, lower taxes, cut waste, support our military, and grow our economy.” In a subsequent tweet from the same day, he added: “I was honored to read the Presidential Greeting that @realDonaldTrump sent to those attending the Neshoba County Fair. Thank you, President Trump, for taking the opportunity to recognize this great American institution.”
Guest has served as a member of Congress since 2019 after succeeding Gregg Harper. Born in Woodbury, New Jersey in 1970 and currently residing in Brandon, Guest holds degrees from Mississippi State University (BS) and the University of Mississippi (JD).
