Congressman Michael Guest, who represents Mississippi’s 3rd district in the U.S. Congress, recently shared updates and acknowledgments through a series of posts on his official social media account.

On February 13, 2026, Guest expressed gratitude to a local political group, stating, “I want to thank the Simpson County Republican Women for allowing Chad Dixon on my staff to join them for their February meeting. Republican Women across our state continue to stand with President Trump and support his America First Agenda.”

The following day, on February 14, 2026, Guest highlighted law enforcement efforts in Minnesota: “This week, I want to highlight some of the dangerous individuals who were captured by the Department of Homeland Security as part of its surge in Minnesota. It is important that we not lose sight of the work our men and women in law enforcement are doing to keep our communities.”

Later that same day, he commented on community engagement at a local event: “I enjoyed stopping by the monthly breakfast held at Cypress Point in Rankin County. I appreciate the opportunity to give an update on the work our office is doing in D.C. and in the District. Thank you to everyone who joins each month to share in breakfast and fellowship.”

Guest has served as Mississippi’s 3rd district representative since 2019 after succeeding Gregg Harper. He was born in Woodbury, New Jersey in 1970 and currently resides in Brandon. His educational background includes a Bachelor of Science from Mississippi State University (1993) and a Juris Doctor from the University of Mississippi (1995).
