Congressman Michael Guest, who represents Mississippi’s 3rd district in the U.S. Congress, shared a series of updates on his official Twitter account on February 12, 2026.

In one post, Guest highlighted recognition from a national advocacy group: “I am honored to have received the 100% Award from the Family Research Council for my votes affecting faith, family, and freedom last year. Thank you to @FRCAction President Tony Perkins for his dedication to our faith and our nation.” (February 12, 2026).

Guest also acknowledged the work of local law enforcement through a staff meeting: “Chad Dixon on my staff met with Sheriff Darrell Perkins of Covington County. Thank you, Sheriff Perkins, for keeping your community safe.” (February 12, 2026).

Addressing immigration and election security concerns, Guest stated: “Americans all across our country support the SAVE America Act. With over 10 million illegal aliens having entered our country under President Biden and Secretary Mayorkas, it is more important than ever to make sure that non citizens are not allowed to vote in our elections. The” (February 12, 2026).

Guest has served in Congress since replacing Gregg Harper in 2019 and has represented Mississippi’s 3rd District since then. He was born in Woodbury, New Jersey in 1970 and currently resides in Brandon at age 53. His educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree from Mississippi State University earned in 1993 and a Juris Doctor from the University of Mississippi completed in 1995.
