Congressman Michael Guest, who represents Mississippi’s 3rd district in the U.S. Congress, recently highlighted community engagement and advocacy efforts in a series of posts on his social media account.
On February 2, 2026, Guest shared his appreciation for a local civic group: “I always enjoy visiting with the Beat 3 Coffee Club that meets regularly at the Madison Primos. I appreciate Jim Walker and this group of politicos for keeping my staff and me updated on the latest developments across the metro area.”
The following day, on February 3, he posted a link without further comment: “https://t.co/Cfh1g3kXJX”.
Later that evening, Guest acknowledged an advocacy visit involving his staff and a local nonprofit leader: “I’m thankful to Catherine Bishop who took the time to visit with Brady Stewart on my staff. Catherine is the Executive Director of the Brain Injury Association of Mississippi and they provide hope, help, and healing to those with brain injuries.”
Michael Guest has served as U.S. Representative for Mississippi’s 3rd District since 2019 after succeeding Gregg Harper. He was born in Woodbury, New Jersey in 1970 and currently resides in Brandon. Guest holds degrees from Mississippi State University (BS) and the University of Mississippi (JD).
